SHIPPING POLICY:- Dhakeswari Bastralaya makes use of trusted courier resources in India to ensure all your products are safely delivered to you within designated time. In the case of any discrepancy, we will ensure to set up alternate courier service, to make sure your order is delivered on time.
We request you to provide complete information of full address along with the required pin code at the time of check out to help simplify delivery procedure.
In general, it takes us around 5 working days to deliver your products to you in India. Conditions and delivery date may vary depending on environmental and situational crisis. Note, if you have ordered more than 5 items at a time, delivery may take longer.
For such delays, you will be informed via an email or text message.

• Shipping charges on our products are to be mentioned at the time of checkout. In case, if the basket size becomes capacious, we may charge a small fee for packaging to accommodate and safely deliver all the products ordered.
• Dhakeswari Bastralaya would not be legally responsible if any wrong address is provided by the customers and no reimbursement may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products.
• Please note that billing address means the address where a customer receives bills for payment and shipping address means the address where the order will be delivered. Shipping address cannot be modified once the order is placed.
• Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website viaa tracking code,which will be provided to you post product purchase.Further, in case of any query/question relating to the order, our customer care service is available on weekdays between 12 P.M to 7 P.M IST. Or you can email your query to us at the registered id.
• For international customers, owing to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer might have to pay extra import duties and taxes, which are levied once the product reaches the destination country. Majority of orders will however, not require you to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to work out when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In case any extra charges are procured, the client will be responsible for paying these additional fees. These charges are intractable as they differ from country to country as per the local rules and regulations.
